Iron Chef Chad

Since we've been married, something Chad has really began cooking! His favorite is to cook something out on the grill aaaand *he's pretty good at it too!* This weekend I had picked out a new recipe for him to try, Salmon! Neither of us have ever cooked salmon before so we were a little hesitant as to how it would turn out. Much to our surprise it was DELICIOUS! Here is the recipe for you to try:
4 salmon fillets
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, cut into rings
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1. Place salmon on foil. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over salmon. Top with onion and tomatoes. Fold foil over fish and seal tightly
2. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
We sided it with some asparagus and laid it over rice. It was just perfect, just like the picture! Way to go Chef Chad! :)
