Last night we watched the Solstice Lunar Eclipse happen. We, as in: Hubs, the trooper, stayed up and took pictures every 15 minutes (Above Credit...Didn't he do great?...Yes! He really took those pictures!). Then he woke me up at 1:15 am to see when the moon was nearly completely cast by a shadow.
Hubs loves stuff like this. I had told him it would be happening tonight and he got so excited. I was excited to, but I was only pretending to understand what was happening.
He drew me a picture to explain. I'm a visual learner. It helped a lot.
